1. What did you learn from the ETF and Money Management Webinar that will improve and/or change your investing or trading?
I learned how important it is to have a solid trading foundation that relies on cornerstones like risk management, money management, good tools, and systematic trading. I also learned that you do not need fancy bells and whistles and that a successful trader keeps their emotions in check.
2. What do you want to get out of the ETF Mentorship program?
I want to learn how to trade successfully at a high level so that I can make a significant income through trading. At that point I will also be able to mentor other people so that they will be able to see their way out of the matrix.

1. I enjoy your seminar. The strategy with excel spread sheet protects a lot which I have never used before but now I w indeed will.
2. Your system awesome even though most of them are new for and need time to grasp them fully. It seems simple but deep. I look forward to learn from you more.

Q. 1. What did you learn from the ETF and Money Management Webinar that will improve and/or change your investing or trading?
A. I learned that risk – reward control is one of the keys to long term profitable trading. I have been trading forex and I am getting killed by the money management that I was taught by another system…It has been very discouraging to continue trading and losing… The webinar was a breath of fresh air. I absolutly need to relearn/rethink my risk control.
2. What do you want to get out of the ETF Mentorship program?
A. I want to get the knowledge and training to free me from the frustration of trying to guess what to do next in my trading…The one year membership, webinar, email – I believe will take me from “guessing” to “knowing, understanding and doing” I am so ready for that change!

This was time well spent. Hey Big-A, I got your back on those up blue arrows & down red arrows. They just don’t mean a thing. I have looked at several courses that deal with Forex and have been mostly disappointed with the lack of support. I have tried some in Demo accts. but have run out of time in every case (30 day moneyback) WHAT IS THAT? One thing I learned tonight is that I was going with my gut feeling when I returned them and no longer have second thoughts about them. Thank you for that! Now I’m still interested in Forex but you have sparked my interest in ETFs. Your tip about divergence and watching the Stochastic (slow, 6,5,4) looking at the humps for entries and exits is new to me. You can bet I’ll be checking it out, good stuff. Who said U can’t teach an old Dog new stuff. Now I have a 401k that has 3 choices (not so good, bad, ugly) and God bless my Dad -n- Mom they r still with us but some day in the near future they will be gone and I’ll have a Trust Fund to handle. I’ve watched them buy, pray -n- hold all their lives (money-manager @ M.Lynch) and they always bought GM products. Why? Loyal stock holders. Look what their loyalty got them with that deal. What I’m looking for is a way to make their sacrifices grow so my kids -n- their kids can be ; as you said, Independent. Thanks 4 Ur time, Harry PS. grew up down the road n Texas City

Q. 1. What did you learn from the ETF and Money Management Webinar that will improve and/or change your investing or trading?
Never really thought about it that much as, I usually only used stops based upon a certain percentage risk per trade that I was willing to lose. Your solution to money management risk control is very well thought out and really quite simple. I just never thought about it that way. Your way you are maximizing your trades that have more reward potential.
2. What do you want to get out of the ETF Mentorship program?
History has proven that every great leader (or trader) has had a mentor along the way. And this endeavor of trading is no different. Actually, I believe it is a MUST. I have tried on my own and have done so so. I am looking to do much better and this mentorship program that you are offering is awesome and all encompassing. I have never even thought of trading the ETFs. The amount of ETFs that you suggested on the webinar is much easier to follow (30 or so) than the broad spectrum of the stock market of over 20,000.
Thanks for educating me.

Q. 1. What did you learn from the ETF and Money Management Webinar that will improve and/or change your investing or trading?
Apart from what a trench warfare pro said about specific pieces of an entire strategy, most of which I will have to review multiple times to retrain my brain, I learned that there are components to a strategy of managing risk that do not reside largely in the realm of the esoteric. They can be learned, applied and repeated. This alone will improve my trading behavior and outcomes.
Q. 2. What do you want to get out of the ETF Mentorship program?
My wife and I had long been engaged in charitable (do-gooder) endeavors for some time. We talked about forming a foundation to give us a platform to do this big-time when we quit working. Before that became a reality she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Before she died it became more important to “get started.” She was one of the original incorporators of The Open Heart Project, a charitable foundation committed to engaging in “acts of kindness” and to serving as an incubator for others who need a platform to launch their own acts.
Before she died I made a commitment to generate a minimum of $1,000,000 to put legs under this “project.” If I’m going to keep that commitment I’ve got to do better.
From its beginning this tiny foundation has become involved in addressing the special housing needs of wounded Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans, in pushing the envelope of affordable green housing models for Habitat for Humanity, and working to develop pathways for providing needed financial information support as a part of our local hospice infrastructure.
I want to develop a sufficient level of skill to enable me to “retire” from at least one of my professional involvements, to devote major time to the growth and impact of the foundation, and to grow its resources from the inside out so it can have a bigger footprint.
This program–and Big A–impress me as a valid and timely source of mentoring that I need to keep my commitment. “When the pupil is ready the teacher will appear.” This is what I want to get out of the ETF Mentorship program, and why that’s important to me.
- John Says:
Q. 1. What did you learn from the ETF and Money Management Webinar that will improve and/or change your investing or trading?
I learned trading should really be about technical and not fundamental analysis. And, it can be done without being overly complicated (with Bollinger bands, envelopes, linear regresions, rsi’s, etc.) Big A was also honest that to master the system and become successful, it takes time and commitment to learn.
Q. 2. What do you want to get out of the ETF Mentorship program?
I want to learn to be as good as ‘professional traders” and take control of my future. I want to learn how to become emotionally detached and employ a system that I can trust and allows me to preserve and compound capital.
I also want to develop a positive mentoring relationship with Big A and the other instructors.
The most interesting comment to me was “it is more important to be a follower rather than leader in successful trading.” That almost seems counterintuitive but I know it must work.
I thought Big A’s straight forward, honest approach without hype or being pushy was a great way to sell the course and instill trust in him and his methodology.

1) What did you learn from the ETF and Money Management Webinar that will improve and/or change your investing or trading?
Conventional risk/reward methodology as taught and supposedly practiced by so many traders is lacking. Your teaching of looking at the most favorable Risk vs. Reward Ratio setups and placing a higher number of shares on those setups can substantially improve results makes so much sense. Improved results with fewer trades – A perfect combination. What this means to me is to be very selective with your trades. Don’t take just any trade, but look for only those setups that will offer the highest potential risk/reward combination.
2) 2. What do you want to get out of the ETF Mentorship program?
I would like to learn from a master trader the exact setups, exit strategies and money management techniques he uses. While these are very important, I think developing the proper mindset of the mentor is a top priority. It has always been my contention that you could have the best system available but many traders would not be able to trade it profitably because they do not have the necessary mental mindset to follow the rules. My ultimate goal in having Big A as a trading mentor is to make trading my career for the rest of my life.
- mgeorge Says:
Thank you for all of the great nuggets of information you weaved into your presentation. The position sizing, RSP and RRR methodology had the highest impact on me.
I was physically disabled by a disease back in 2001. Over a period of 8.5 years I spent every dollar I had fighting this disease. Since then I have used up all my investments, lost my business, lost my home and on 8/3/2009 I received a denial letter from the Social Security Administration for disability income. After physically being disabled I began to study the Forex market in 2005 and began to trade with a small account. I am primarily a day trader with a discretionary system which not only requires the usual trading diciplines but also having a sharp mind enabling you to make quick decisions. In February of 2009 I started being effected more neurologically from my disease which has dramatically slowed my cognative function and caused a lot of problems in my day trading. I have not studied swing trading methods in the past but I think it would be a better fit for me based off my current health condition. I believe your ETF Trend Trading system would give me the edge I need because it’s a mechanical trading system and it would help me to put in place an effective trading plan which would allow me to provide for my wife and 4 children. This may not be the type of answer your looking for from your questions but this is the core reason for my interest in the ETF Trend Trading system . I really think this could help me increase my trading profitability while decreasing the amount of time I spend trading which would substantially improve the quality of life for my family. Thank you for the free spreadsheet.

August 20th, 2009 at 6:24 pm1. What did you learn from the ETF and Money Management Webinar that will improve and/or change your investing or trading?
Risk per share for position sizing that will appropriately set an equal risk for every trade and pyramiding a position as the profit is running to maximize profit of the winners. This position sizing will withstand a long string of losses and will be able to get back into the game. The use of a successful mechanical system to eliminate the emotions of trading.2. What do you want to get out of the ETF Mentorship program?
I want to be able to learn to trade independently with a successful system and be able to increase my financial wealth that would allow me more time to give back to the community in time as a volunteer and monetary donations from my trading successes. Thanks for the great webinar and for doing this.
- Chris Says:
I learned in the webinar that is potentially possible to invest and or trade with 10 to 20 minutes a day. That is the Holy Grail for Enjoying trading and life and Lasting in this business. I also learned that results can be achieved from a systematic plan for trading the ETF’s and that ETF’s have the least GAPS which makes them more stable for short and long term consistent profitability, all with little risk if followed correctly.
What I expect from the mentorship program is to be led in the right direction in ETF selection, business planning for profiting 10% min. monthly, and a business plan for retirement from DAY JOB to trading full time within 24 months based on my personal financial requirements of 15,000 monthly and bonus’ of another 50,000 yearly from taking advantage of market volatility. That’s a total of 230,000 a year and doubling there after yearly. During the course of this achievement I expect the program to allow me to have peace of mind right before I go to sleep and wake up feeling that what I am accomplishing is on solid ground. If any of this is possible and I know it is, if you can deliver on your end I can create it on mine. One more thing I expect all knowledge learned to be given straight to the point, the straighter the better I will process.
Thanks and good luck to all of us.If I win please give half of the prize to one of the other comments posted on this site who is in hardship.

1. I learned you don’t have to sit in front of a computer all day to trade. You only need to spend 10 minutes or so per night preparing for the next day or trading that night. So, therefore, you can have a life of your own. I also learned that position sizing is extremely important for making profits and that professional traders know how to hunt stops to get the “little guys.” This is invaluable knowledge that you have to share with your trading community.
2. I want to learn to control my emotions and not fear trading especially after a loss. I want to learn good risk/reward practices to maximize profits. In fact, my husband and I both need to learn this. He has recently been forced to retire after losing his job and having a heart condition which required a pacemaker/defibrillator to be implanted in his chest. He has been trading to supplement our household income, and he has really struggled. He needs a calm, cool and collected method to use. I think you may have it! What he’s doing isn’t working so far. We also have our 10-year-old grandson living with us. and we’re trying to support him emotionally. We are both very motivated to learn the ETF Trend Trading system, but can’t afford to purchase it. I would love to be in a position to give to people or groups that need help. Please help us so we can help ourselves and others. Thank you.

1.What did you learn from the ETF and Money Management Webinar that will improve and/or change your investing or trading?
The webinar was an eye-opener; it reminded me of how important is to follow the rules for money management that allows us to manage risk and preserve capital. For first time I am convinced that I can be in control of my trades, instead of the market controlling me.
The webinar and the ETF training will help me to redirect this new knowledge into learning new techniques that will improve my trading.
2. What do you want to get out of the ETF Mentorship program?
The ETF Mentorship program will help me to improve my trading and open the door to new standards of life, I was laid off in December and I have been day trading since May but my rate of return is not that great yet. My main problem are the exits; while I close half of my trades at profit and I let the others run m they do not go as expected and I am giving back part of the unrealized winnings.
The mentorship program through learning and discipline will help me to improve my trading by giving me control over my trades. When I am profitable I will be able to help other by returning part of the winnings through scholarships because education is very important to me.
Thank you and good luck to everyone.

1) Position sizing based on the RRR being larger or smaller than the system average was new. Common sense… in hindsight.
2) I’m having a hard time saying why I should get the free course after reading some of the other applicants. Their needs seem greater than mine. I will say that I found Big A to be an engaging instructor. I’m a retired skydiving competitor and instructor, so I’m familiar with coaching performance while under stress. Following a pre-determined procedure is key. Having a procedure that works is equally essential. I’ve been day trading for over a year and have taken significant losses because I followed flawed systems into the ground. I’m looking for a real system and coach without the PR parade. I remain optimistic.

Thank you for your time and kind regards.

1) What did you learn from the ETF and Money Management Webinar that will improve and/or change your investing or trading?
I learned that ETF Trend Trading has a thorough, effective balanced approach covering all the bases of technical analysis, money management, trading psychology and mentorship that can synergize to make of me or anyone a succsssful trader with a short learning curve on a system requiring minimal execution time. Specific outstanding points include 1) RSP & RRR strategies maximizing leverage on high probability winners while confining risk to a constant per cent together with multiple exit possibilities, 2) how to avoid broker stop outs on false breakouts, and 3) the unique confined use of the 6-5-4 stochastic to lower time frames for predicting the end of a trend.
2) 2. What do you want to get out of the ETF Mentorship program?
I have remained a strong believer in the need for ongoing mentorship to build effective traders. I want to be part of a mentoring program where the trainer patiently takes the time to answer the increasingly refined and nuanced issues one always encounters beyond the basics of a trading system. There are very very few such competent mentoring programs available for traders. Big A’s experience, knowledge, commitment and presentation convinces me I would be able to receive the kind of nuanced mentoring needed to make the ETF Trend Trading system actually WORK for ME.

What did you learn from the ETF and Money Management Webinar that will improve and/or change your investing or trading?
I learned the importance of using both Technical and % stops to decrees my losses. I also learned that there is a system that could allow me to live my life with little stress and good rewards.
What do I expect to get out of the ETF membership program?
I hope to learn a program that allows me to live stress free for the rest of my life. You see, for me to have a stress free life is a matter of life and death because I have had 2 heart attacks in my life, the first at 29 and the second at 36. I had a call from Patrick Deaton today telling me that I had the record for most failed attempts at trying to pay for the ETF course, which shows how committed I am to getting this information. Either way, I am planning on paying for this program. It is that important to me.Thank you for your consideration.

1. What did you learn from the ETF and Money Management Webinar that will improve and/or change your investing or trading?
The best lesson I learned in the webinar was risk management and position sizing. With proper risk management and a simple proven successful system then it can eliminate the psychology of the trader. I love your position sizing spreadsheet. I can’t stress how much money you just help me to save from losing. I will never over trade again thanks to your free gift!
2. What do you want to get out of the ETF Mentorship program?
A simple successful system that requires only 10 minutes a day to implement, and a mentor to guide me to my trading success. I still remember how you stress the importance of mentor in the webinar. Looking forward to working with you guys!
Thanks a lot for the great webinar and I certainly learned of lot of important stuff!

I loved the RSP and RRR but for me the real AHA moment was the filter checking for the divergence. I am trying to learn a skill which I can teach to my family so they will never have to work as hard as I have.
- George Says:
I learned several valuable pieces of information:
1) Buy and hold for the long term is for the uneducated investor who watches the talking heads on television.
2) Divergence is the best predictor of a market trend change. It works for all financial instruments.
3) How to calculate risk and limit it to 1%-2% per trade.
4) Do not trade 2x or 3x ETFs.I am approaching retirement within the next 3-5 years and am trying to educate myself to become an independent trader (not investor) and provide my immediate and extended families an income during retirement and tithe 10% of that income to my church. Of course, I will also be contributing my share to our state and federal governments. Since my company has raped the retirement plan that was once promised to all employees I do not have many other options available.
Thanks for the opportunity to attend the webinar. I wish I had been aware of your company years ago. Better late than never.

1. What did I learn from the ETF Webinar that will improve and or change my investing / trading? I learned that Money Management and Risk Reward Ratio is crucial to success regardless of the system you use. The RRR concept was new to me. To use a baseball analogy, it sounds like ETF trend trading system teaches you to wait and only swing at the fat pitches the market throws you rather than swinging on anything that is close to the strike zone!
2. What do you want to get out of the ETF Mentorship program? I want to learn a non-discresionary trading system that will allow me to overcome the emotions of trading. Financial freedom is the goal. It will allow me to spend more time with my family and to give back to the community, both in time and donations. I have lost my entire net worth in this real estate downturn, I am losing all of my properties including my primary residence to foreclosure. This course would provide a road to recovery. I have paid two different forex mentors in the past thousands of dollars. One dissappeared off the face of the earth after 6 months and the other one’s method did not prove successful in the uncharted waters we faced in the forex markets last year. If spend another dime on a forex course my wife will divorce me. No course is worth that. I would love to be able to tell my wife “I told you this would work” but have not been able to do so yet. The good news is my family is healthy and some day I will be back on my feet and will hopefully be in a position to purchase the course if not selected for one of the free copies. Thank you for your presentation last night.

1. What did you learn from the ETF and Money Management Webinar that will improve and/or change your investing or trading? The key points I got out of the presentation were about risk/reward. By controlling risk, I can stay in the game and the rewards will come. A good return, over a long period of time, is more important than a few spectacular returns that end up like 4th of July fireworks.
2. What do you want to get out of the ETF Mentorship program? Mainly security and freedom. My wife and I are real estate appraisers in Southern California, and our income has dropped so low that we have to have an alternative source of funds. I want to be able to provide for our family now, and in the future.

1. What did you learn from the ETF and Money Management Webinar that will improve and/or change your investing or trading?
Got many great tips that will help my trading.
Focus on trading ETFs, it’s safer since there are less gaps and market manipulation compared to individual stocks. If price moves higher but the slow stochastic doesn’t, it means the move is over.
There is a way to double your return with Big A’s approach.
No need to spend hours burning up my eyes in front of the monitor – just 10 minutes a day.
No more roller coaster emotional trading. Swing trading will help me avoid trading with emotions – that’s a good thing.
Got the name of a good book – Market Wizards
Learned that Big A is a real person, not just a name on an email and website and that his wife loves him enough to bring him his dinner.
2. What do you want to get out of the ETF Mentorship program?
I want my mentor to coach me in learning and applying a trading system that in the long run will produce significant income so that I can retire early. This will enable me to help my family with growing their finances and let me get involved in community projects aimed at giving wayward kids ways to improve their lives.
